HTML Element Position and Size: Get an element visible position and size

This object can get an element visible position and size.

It takes the selector expression of a given page element and sets some object variables with the current window size, the element position and size, and the position of the element in the visible portion of the viewport.

The object self-updates when the current window is resized or the content is scrolled.
